Our extra virgin olive oil on the bruschette We pair our wine tastings with bruschette dressed with our extra virgin olive oil, local salami and cheese, seasonal fruit and typical Tuscan desserts. The preparation of the boards takes place inside the kitchen, adjacent to the tasting room, in a cheerful and informal atmosphere.
